These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of theisraelbridge.org
and any services offered through it by The Israel Bridge, a 501(c)(3)
charitable nonprofit organization (EIN 01-0848028), 209 Coconut Key Drive,
Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418 ("The Israel Bridge," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using this website, you
agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by
these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not
use the site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on
this website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is
a license, not a transfer of title, and under it you may not modify or copy
the materials, use them for any commercial purpose, or remove any copyright
or proprietary notations.
3. Donations
Donations made through this website are processed by third-party payment
providers. Donations to The Israel Bridge are tax-deductible to the extent
permitted by law. Receipts are issued to the email address provided at the
time of donation.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program description. The Israel Bridge offers an optional text messaging
program that sends organizational news, event invitations and reminders,
donation confirmations, and fundraising updates to supporters who have
opted in.
How to opt in. You may join by entering your mobile number and checking the
applicable consent box on a form on theisraelbridge.org, including our
Contact page. Consent to receive text messages is not required to donate,
register for an event, or use any part of our website or services, and is
never a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency may vary.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. The Israel Bridge does not charge
for text messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your
own plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will
receive a single confirmation that no further messages will be sent. To
rejoin later, opt in again through a form on our website.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@theisraelbridge.org,
or call 612-802-5587.
Carriers. Carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and their
affiliates, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our text messaging program.
The program is available to recipients with a mobile number in the United States. By
opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or
affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on this website are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no
warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other
warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Limitations
In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including,
without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business
interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on
